Pink Milkwort
Polygala incarnata

| Pink Milkwort is a small plant, about a foot high. As you would guess from the name, it is a member of the Milkwort family. Compare to the related Chapman's Milkwort, found in the same habitat and blooming at the same time. These plants were photographed near Todd Acres Road, in South Mobile County, Alabama, in early August. |
